Uppy date

We haven't updated this thing in ages! Not too much is new. The past few weekends were a lot of fun. 2 weeks ago we had a little party for Monica for her birthday. It was great to see so many of our friends who we hadn't seen. Then we went to the Gin Mill and Tom proceeded to try to stand on the bar and sing "Hero" to the bartender. We found him attempting to ring doorbells in a nearby apartment complex, looking for a cigarette. I don't remember what we did the rest of that weekend, the weeks fly by.

Last week was Mike's surprise 30th at O'Donnell's which was fun. He looked so surprised. Saturday was spent running around getting more things for the apartment. At night, we kicked it old school and got 1/2 price appetizers from the Bees and then hit up O'Donnell's for some delicious beers. Sunday was the parade and lots of drinking.

Today we were supposed to get our new furniture. Well, we almost had it, only to have it not be able to fit up the front or back staircases. So tomorrow Chris is going to the store to pick out something else. I could only find one thing that will be able to fit, luckily we like it. It's not the color we want (we wanted brown), but we refuse to wait 6 weeks to have it ordered and delivered. So the one we're gonna get is green which will match the curtains and the rug which is brownish. We can just get brown pillows and it'll look awesome.

A few more days til spring break. Cannot wait! We don't have any plans, but we want to get all our unpacking completely done. We're having the family over on Friday for egg dying (Chris' sister), pizza, chocolate fondue, and cocktails. I'm crossing my fingers that we'll have the furniture by then. Keep yours crossed too!
