Happy Birthday to Chris

My husband (that sounds so funny) is 24 years old today. He's turning into an old man :) We're going to see Daft Punk and the Rapture tonight at Keyspan Park (by Coney Island).

I had quite an exciting morning. I went to the dr. to get a shot. I feel like a little kid with a bandaid on my arm. Can someone explain to me that a shot that prevents cancer isn't covered by health insurance? Yet, I'm almost positive that they cover Viagra? Something's wrong with health care in this country. I'm pretty sure my wisdom teeth are gonna have to come out soon. My dentist told me they have to, but I'm putting it off as long as I can. They're bothering me today, guess I'll have to drink til they don't hurt anymore.

This past week has been good. Chris and I went to the mall on Monday. We invaded the Vans store and got some sweet shoes. I got the koi fish ones and Chris got the other two:





I also picked up 2 pairs of jeans, a hoodie, and capris for work. We also got roped into buying that dead sea salt scrub from one of those vendors, although it works great.

On Tuesday, we went to the Shannon Rose for Chris' mom's bday. It was quiz night and we saw Jenn and Joe, Dimeck (although we didn't get to say hi), the Caputos, Erik and Brian, and Jess and Jerry. We stayed with Jess and Jerry after dinner.

Last night we walked to CVS to pay for my prescription I mentioned above ($182 effin dollars!) and we ran into Denise who invited us to O'Donnell's for beer and cheese tasting. Fun times. We also ran into Kristen and Mike there and talked weddings.

Fun times. Tomorrow is the Scots Club for Chris' bday and no plans yet for Saturday. Enjoy your weekend kiddies!
