Am I the only one that finds the Stanley Steemer commercial where the kid goes, "Mom, look at Toby's new trick!" and then you see the dog sliding across the carpet on his ass. Then the lady freaks out. It's pretty funny.

I hope that by the end of today we'll have a sidewalk outside. They've been working on it all week and we hate walking on dirt. Plus it's crazy loud.

Yesterday was a delightful day. I think this was the 1st Sunday that we didn't do family stuff, being his family had other things going on (parties and stuff). We ventured in the heat to the flea market. It was pretty disappointing, however we did manage to find Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run" on vinyl for $3. Then we hit up Applebee's for lunch. The Kearny one sucks compared to the Clifton one in terms of food and service. Then to Marshall's where I was a good girl and didn't shop. Then we hit up Kmart for a bike lock for Chris where I found the same exact bike that Chris' uncle has down at his house:



It's actually a Bratz bike. I'm gonna pick it up this week and Chris and I are gonna take over Kearny on our sweet rides. As he says, we're living the American Dream.
