You Got A Problem With Your Face?
The title is the quote from some drunk ass girl from Saturday night. She was sitting on the floor in the city, so drunk her friends had to hold her up. Now I know if I was that ridiculously drunk, I'd be embarrassed, I wouldn't be shouting that at random strangers walking by. Needless to say, we all avoided eye contact with her.
We had a great weekend. On Friday, Dora and I went to see Built to Spill with 2 of my friends. They were fantastic. They played "Perfect From Now On" straight through, then played "The Plan", "Center of the Universe", and ended with "Carry the Zero" (3 of my favorite songs). Had they played "You Were Right" and "Sidewalk" I would've been ecstatic. The venue is HUGE and it was sold out.
On Saturday, we went out for Gary's birthday. We went to an indoor German Biergarten. We're definitely going back cuz it was so awesome. Great food, great beer, swinging steins, and dancing on tables to German music, as well as classics such as "Gloria", "We Are the Champions", and "The Final Countdown". We also ventured to Mona's for $2.50 PBR's and then finally danced into the Beauty Bar where Alex was djing. We ended the night with "The Pizza Chicken" and got back into NJ at 5:45.
Nothing else is really new. I'm going to post 2 recipes that I made recently. If you're interested in the full recipes let me know.
