The Daily Grind

Back to work for me. I started work yesterday. Our boss treated us to a delicious catered breakfast like she usually does, and then we had our yearly meeting. She also gave each of us a $5 gift card to Dunkin Donuts. I was able to set up my classroom a bit. It's sorta in shambles. Went to the gym after work for the first time since the end of the school year.

Today was the first day back with kids. Being I don't get my kids for a few weeks, I was one of the "lucky" ones to help out with registration. Idiot me decided to wear a cute dress and nice wedges...guess who was on her feet running around from literally 8:45 - 1...yeah, that'd be me. Needless to say I'm exhausted.
