Yessssss
Fun night for me while the boy's at work ("or pulling a K. Fed"): Applebee's, books at B &N, & a caramel macchiato with Amy. Got the new weird NJ and a Sophie Kinsella book and looked at some bridal magazines.
So... I'm a tad confused and excited about American Idol right now (lame? Yes, I know.) But the one guy just sang 311 and someone else is going to be singing Pearl Jam. It's always a little more exciting when the songs are good ones. Last week someone sang Keane and it ruled.
And welcome to those of you that read about our blog on our Myspace. We're deleting that waste of time/stalkerish site for good. We'd rather do exciting things instead of see who left comments or who has new pics. The whole site is so superficial. People will post a million comments about you, but not hang out with you in real life. Plus we don't like the whole stalkerish aspect of it. We'd rather not have people know everything we do. We're also extremely flattered that someone made a (blatantly) fake profile and tried to add us (which we denied). We're so loved and excited that people put so much time and effort into our lives!
Speaking of relationships, this weekend has opened up our eyes to a lot of stuff around us. Usually when I have a feeling about someone, it's usually right. They say don't judge a book by it's cover, but in the past, the cover usually matches the pages. Just a few things we heard from some friends really picked our nerves, and it's just so ridiculous that people we're friends with would think such a ridiculous thing. Seriously, not to toot my own horn or anything, but I think I'm a good friend (I'd bend over backwards for anyone I care about). I'm purposely being vague with this because I'm not about confrontation (at all!), but being concerned about your friends is appreciated, but when it's something so absurd...? NO!
Sorry if any of this comes off as cocky, but I can't help it, I'm an aquarius.
xoxo
